I have never tried the quorn (vegetarian) chicken breasts before and I was in for a treat when I cooked this. Well, cooking is hardly used as you just take it out the packet spoon over some tomato and basil sauce and microwave it for 3 minutes. 😉 It does taste really nice. I had it with salad and lots of parsley! 😉
For the salad I used shredded cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and parsley and dressed it with olive oil and vinegar and salt and pepper.
